Welcome to Haunted Kitchens, which is a monthly blog series focusing on haunted restaurants, bars, B&Bs and residential homes. Combining several of my passions, we’ll explore the history, paranormal claims and of course the food of some of the world’s most haunted eateries!
Growing up with a family lineage of pastry chefs, a family owned restaurant and an Italian Grandmother who was constantly in her kitchen (we called her marinara sauce “liquid gold”), I was captivated with the culinary arts and had hoped, at one point, to make that my vocation. So naturally, I started cooking and baking from a very young age, often doctoring up my own recipes. This has been years in the making and I’m so excited to finally open the web doors to Haunted Kitchens.
Stay tuned for the first blog featuring the haunted house I grew up in along with my family’s original Scottish shortbread recipe that’s been passed down for many generations!
Be sure to keep an eye out for my own recipes from my very own haunted kitchen!
If you have a location that you think would be great for Haunted Kitchens to explore, maybe your own house, please send an email through the contact form on this website here.
